Duplicate and Triplicate Sets

Duplicate (2-part) books produce one copy for the customer and one copy to retain. Triplicate (3-part) books produce three copies — typically one for the customer, one for accounts, and one as an office record. The sets come in white (top copy), yellow (second copy), and pink (third copy) — a colour convention that makes it immediately clear which copy belongs where.

For GST-registered businesses, your invoice must include specific information: supplier's legal name, GSTIN, invoice number and date, recipient's name and address, HSN/SAC codes, taxable value, CGST/SGST/IGST breakdown, and total amount.
