High-quality brochure printing that makes your business look its best. Multiple sizes, paper weights, and finishing options available.
A well-designed brochure is one of the most effective physical marketing tools available. It can be left with a prospect after a meeting, handed out at exhibitions, included in welcome packs, or mailed to potential clients. But a poorly printed brochure does the opposite — it signals low quality and undermines trust.
At Bajaj Enterprises, we print brochures on premium art paper stock with professional lamination that protects the surface and gives your materials a finished, polished look. The difference between a brochure printed on 130 GSM art paper with matte lamination versus a standard office print is immediately apparent — and that difference affects how your business is perceived.
The format you choose depends on how much information you need to communicate and how the brochure will be distributed.
130 GSM art paper is our standard for brochures — it has a smooth, bright surface that reproduces colors accurately and feels substantial in the hand. For a more premium feel, 170 GSM art paper is heavier and more rigid, which works particularly well for 4-page brochures used at high-end exhibitions or client meetings.
Lamination protects the print and dramatically changes the tactile experience. Gloss lamination adds a reflective sheen that makes colors appear more vivid — it's ideal for brochures with strong photography or bright branding. Matte lamination creates a non-reflective, elegant surface that's easier to read in bright light and feels more premium — preferred for corporate, luxury, and professional services branding.
Soft-touch lamination is a premium upgrade — it has a slightly rubberised, velvety surface that is immediately memorable when handed to someone. It costs more but creates a lasting impression.
To ensure your brochure prints exactly as designed, the file you send us must be print-ready. The most common issues we encounter are incorrect bleed, RGB colour mode instead of CMYK, and low-resolution images.
Bleed means your background color or images extend 3mm beyond the trim edge of the page. Without bleed, you risk white slivers appearing at the edges after cutting. All brochure files should be supplied as PDF with 3mm bleed on all sides.
If you don't have a print-ready file, our design team can help. Send us your content — text, images, and any brand guidelines — and we'll design and layout your brochure professionally.
Our minimum is 50 copies for most brochure formats. This is due to the lamination and binding setup costs. For quantities under 50, a standard digital print without lamination is available at a reduced price.
Yes. Export your Canva design as a PDF (Print — with bleed) at 300 DPI. Make sure bleed marks and crop marks are enabled in the export settings. Send us the file and we'll confirm it's print-ready before proceeding.
Pages must be in multiples of 4 — so 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, and so on. The minimum is 4 pages (one folded A4 sheet). For booklets over 40 pages, perfect binding is recommended instead of saddle stitching.
Almost all brochures are double-sided (printed on both sides of each sheet). Single-sided printing is available for specific applications — just mention it when requesting a quote.
Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from artwork approval. For quantities over 1,000 copies, allow 3–5 days. Rush orders available — call us to check availability.
