We accept PDF (preferred for accuracy), AutoCAD DWG and DXF files, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. For DWG files, please confirm the AutoCAD version and specify the required print scale (e.g., 1:100 or 1:50). If your drawing contains external references (XREFs), ensure these are bound into the file before sending.
PDF is the safest format — it preserves fonts, line weights, and layers exactly as intended. When plotting to PDF from AutoCAD, ensure the page size is set to the correct output size and that all layers are visible.
Black and white (monochrome) printing is standard for most technical drawing sets — it is faster, cheaper, and adequate for all line drawings and text. Color printing is recommended when drawings include color-coded elements such as zone plans, MEP coordination drawings, material finish schedules, or presentations to clients and planning authorities.
We can print the same drawing set in both formats simultaneously — B&W copies for site use and color copies for client or authority submission.
